The Classic Chassidic text Meor Eynayim was authored by Rebbe Nachum Twersky of Chernobyl. Rebbe Nachum was a disciple of The Baal Shem Tov and The Great Maggid of Mezritch. This Sefer, being one of the earliest Chassidic texts, contains many of the foundations of Chassidic thought.
